Every case is unique.
On these pages, you will see a sampling of the hundreds of cases we have successfully resolved for our clients. We have sorted them by types or areas of law (see links below)
so that you may learn about how our experience might help us help you in your specific circumstances. It is important to recognize that every case is unique. Because results obtained in specific cases rely on a variety of factors unique to each case, past case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in future cases undertaken by a lawyer or law firm.
Why are the details of some case results omitted? Some cases go to trial. Other cases settle before trial through negotiation or mediation. Sometimes, the terms of the settlement agreement require confidentiality. While this is not always in the best interest of the public, a favorable settlement is in the best interest of our clients when it provides for fair and just compensation. Resolving a lawsuit without going to court eliminates risk and is less taxing on the plaintiff. Further, a settlement is both certain and faster. However, we prepare every case for trial and we prepare to win every case.
How should you choose your lawyer? Choosing the right lawyer for your case should involve three things:
- Significant experience in personal injury law, specifically in the area related to your case.
- A track record of success, including success at trial, as not every good lawyer is an experienced trial lawyer.
- Your assessment after a personal consultation that you and the lawyer are a good fit and can build a trusting and responsive relationship.
